Client behind FW cannot get out

Thanks for the input everyone. I later found out that if I run

/etc/rc.d/init.d/firewall test

the Win box can get out. If I specify 'start', which I did initally
and caused all my panic, the Win box cannot get out. BTW the 'test'
mode is secure.
