Spruce

Not being able to retrieve old messages and not being able to import the old
address book from kmail are not too bad. But I have found a serious
limitation in Spruce. Seems there is no way to add an address from a
message to the Spruce address book. Every entry in the Spruce address book
needs to be added manually.
