Just a note about Netscape Settings.
1. The fix applies to Netscape-4.0 to 4.73 even though
the README says 4.6. Sad experience speaks ;-{
2. You MUST make the fix with Netscape NOT RUNNING.
Netscape saves current setting when exiting.
