All of your DNS stuff seems to be in order.
Is it just email that is not working?
They may have done some antispam reconfig.
Can you telnet to port 25 of outside mail servers
from where you are?
I know ELI had some SPAM problems for a while too.
Your IP range may be in the RBL or RSS.
Take a look at your mail logs for entries that refer to:
http://maps.vix.com or
http://www.mail-abuse.net
