I have had ftape working with two drives: a Seagate TST3200R and,
currently, an HP/Colorado C4387A. The Seagate is a 3.2 Gb, floppy
interface type drive. The HP is an 8 Gb, ide interface type drive. In
both cases it took some messing around to get things working. Note RH
bugzilla report #7674 if you are using RH6.x (others??).
