Using the Linux version of fdisk will work. Boot up with one of the
single floppy distro's or temporarily hook the drive up to another linux
box.

There may be DOS based utilities that will help with this. I just
haven't run into them.

The last time I had to deal with this, I think I just started a RedHat
install and then bailed out once I had written the Windoze partition(s)
back.
