Give ME a break. You get the same issues w/RPM's and tarballs. The tarballs
have far more damaging potential, though, when you're running the
./configure script and it dies because of something you may not know
anything about how to fix, something that happened frequently when I was
running COL 2.2. Don't make this a Windows-only (or VB, for that matter)
because it isn't.
