Here is another story...

I STILL haven't gotten them to refund the rest of the year...
It must be ALL the big ones.

Sales,

I first called in person on 4/13/00 to have my account
terminated and get a refund on the remainder of the year.
The Service interruptions were a disaster for my job hunting.

I was told to fax a request in, which I sent to: 858-638-3080 on
4/13/00. After not hearing anything, I resent the fax to the same
number on 4/19/00.

I think all the services involved with your company are unprofessional.
Not only did the service get disrupted without warning, and stay
down for several days, the news server still wasn't up as of 4/13/00.

Calls to tech support or sales get 'dropped' or not answered at all.

I require the service be terminated as of 4/13/00 and a refund of the
remainder of the year be credited to my account asap. I have had to
spend that money on another provider to get a reliable service for
job hunting replies.

Joe
