Thank you, Mr. Wolf!
Though I am quite proficient in computers, I am not a programmer.
I have a book "teach yourself C in 24 hours" and "Visual Basic 6 from the
GROUND UP," but have barely cracked them.
Looking at that Python code, it just made sense! I could follow every line
of code and see and understand what it was doing, all without knowing Python
or programming!
That was truly encouraging.

I think you have not looked at python recently.
I have seen a sample program which created
window framework with standard menus and buttons
in 112 lines of code
