Sorry, haven't had any personal experience with key-signing parties
before. However, I know people that have done them, and from what I've
heard it's easiest if people post their public keys on keyservers and
bring private keys on floppies (unless everyone has his or her own
computer to bring). That way, everyone's public key is downloaded from
the keyserver and people take turns signing each one. When the day is
done, the keys are uploaded back to the keyserver.

Keep in mind, I'm sure there are better ways of running key-signing
parties than this.
