I am seriously considering creating a java app for the contest being hosted
at
www.devicetop.com . In order to do it, though, I need to build a database
that could be publicly accessible. Users will be able to enter and view data
being submitted, I'm thinking from the app only but opening it up with a web
script later(this is very early planning stage right now). Is there a place
where I can create a database for public access on the web, at little/no
cost?
