FORWARDING ???

I am working on a ipchains/masq firewall here and I am having trouble seeing
something. Say I have an employee that goes home and wants to PC anywhere
into their computer that is behind the firewall and has an ip of
192.168.0.5. How would I allow this through the firewall and at the same
time maintain a decent level of security. The employee in this situation
will have a static IP at home. Thanks.
