Problems posting to list from home

0) Windows
1) Outlook.
2) MIME Settings.

Look for a bare text/non html button?

\_ I have tried to post to this list from home. But all I get is this
\_ type of message back. I am currently using Outlook 5.0 until I can
\_ get my DHCP problem fixed on my Linux box to get it working.
