Subject: Linux Voodoo3 performance (was Linux University)
I don't have any windows installed, so I cannot test the system that way. The
system is pretty new, so I have the newest drivers. I remember reading that
some of the smoothness issues were driver related.

As a crude test, I once played quake 3 while recompiling my kernel, and it
worked fine.
