What distribution are you using?
Check your current font path using:
xset -q
Make XFree86 re-read the font path:
'xset fp rehash'

How would I go about repairing xfree86 vs4's use of fonts.
I downloaded and we installed all the files and it does a
wonderful job of making use of my graphix card and monitor.
But... the true type fonts link is missing. They're loaded..
but not seen.
Help!
