Subject: What shell we do with the Microsoft.....
Being a monopoly is not against U.S. law. Using that monopoly to suppress
or control other markets, however, is. In truth, government is a monopoly -
at every level. They have no competition and control 100% of the market.

Now who would use a monopoly in Operating Systems to control the Browser
market or the Office Productivity market?
