Neither do most of their techs or most anybody I've talked to. The tech
yesterday at least knew about the service to some extent.

I've been with them over a year. For the most part it's been good, but
they're support seems to be cracking up and that worries me.

How does one go about that? Are they still based off South
Mountain? What's it like using ssh/telnet across that connection? I've
heard SpeedChoice's 2 way for ssh really blows (even at the places that
can keep the connection up).
