No, I don't want to flush the rules, that's what I'm trying to test. I
just want to turn off whatever's blocking scans. It's not in my rules,
that I know of. In fact, I don't think you can do that with the regular
rules as they aren't dynamic. There are a couple of hacks that could do
it and I expect we'll be seeing a lot more of that with 2.4.
