Ok I had to reboot my modem!!!

This is the windows mentality.
The tech from the speedchoice is telling me
that:
"Well... you know sir it's just like with windows
sometimes you have to shutdown the modem
and let it restart. You know like you have to
reboot your computer...."

So I tell her I do not use windows and I can
run my machine for 3 months straight with
no hangups, and I reboot it only for hardware
upgrades.

Damn windows mentality.
