PPP not dialing...

Hey all...

I am running slack 7, socket 7 motherboard, and a US Robotics 56k external
modem (few years old.) From what I can tell (newbie), I have everything set
up correctly, but the modem won't dial. It simply goes to 'Terminal Ready'
mode, then does nothing else.

Is there a way to reinstall the PPP components, or, better yet, just fix the
problem?
