I'm fond of the FIC VA503+ motherboard. Supports PC66/100 SDRAM, 72 pin EDO
(useful if you've got old RAM around), ISA/PCI/AGP slots, AT/ATX power
connector, baby-AT format. Typically around $80, but it was on sale at Fry's
a couple of weeks ago for $65 (while I was out of town). Not sure if that's
their regular price now.

There's an "improved" 503 (the 503A) out now too, but only the older one
supports the 72 pin RAM.

Good luck!
