UCITA passed in virginia

I kind of wondered about this also. Wouldn't this
be a good thing for free software. If it makes licensed
software harder to get or more expensive wouldn't it
help free software?

AFAIK IIRC IANAL IMHO
and I haven't read it either just the rumors that I have been hearing
