Subject: Keyboard problems (mapping)
I think I just read a message from a guy who upgraded
Debian on his laptop and had problems with the remapping
of the keyboard. Look in /etc/init.d for a script called
keymap.sh or something like that (can't remember the actual
name of the file). Just move that file out of init.d and reboot.
Haven't had a chance to figure out what, in the script is causing
it, but that should resolve you problem. DOn't know how
you have been able to log in if your keyboard has been remapped?

I had to use a boot disk, mount my partition, and scoot that file
out of there in order to log in. Had the same problem when I updated
all my PC's.
