4 is 'ok', depending upon distribution, but remember that there's a bit 
of a leak in Firefox (and chromium, and ...), so IMHO 8GB RAM is the 
minimum you should consider.

But as long as you don't do much web browsing (or always kill your 
browser so the leaks don't bite), 4GB is 'ok', but tight. IMHO
