Is this list wilting?

If you don't need a TV tuner card in the media center, it will be hard to find a solution for less than the cost of a Raspberry Pi and a large SD card.  That's what I use, and I'm quite happy with it.  The interface (Raspbmc) is a little sluggish, but once it's playing something I've never had a problem with audio/video (like stuttering, etc.).

people got tired of my stupid questions..Here's one!

My dad got a nuc for a media center for .... a lot of money. I'm going to need to get something like that and I need recomendations as to what to get because I know I can get an android for like 100. I can get other  things for like 60. What do you all recommend for around 100.
