Burning CentOs 6.4 ISO

I'd start from the basics: 

md5sum -c {DVD}.iso.md5
If validation above passes, then:
dd if=/dev/{DEVICE_WHERE_THE_BURNED_DVD_IS_STUCK_IN}|md5sum 

If the numbers are different, burn again.
If the numbers are the same, boot again and look carefully at the BIOS 
messages.
