I just wait til they do their spiel, then I say in a creepy voice:

"I did what you asked, but the blood... it's EVERYWHERE... it won't wash 
off... why? I did what you asked. OH GOD, THE BLOOOOOOD!"

Then just go silent.

That usually works.
