Am 04. Aug, 2013 schwätzte Brian Cluff so:

He's on old macs that aren't going to get updated anytime soon. I don't
remember whether or not he has optical mice, but probably not. Guess I'll
have to ask.

In any case, I'm certain he has zero budget that isn't coming out of his
pocket.
