Given that a county in Florida had a voter turn out of 141%.  That would be the district that Allen West is in.  

Also I would submit the vote for a president does not equate to consent.

I guess that a majority of the vote nationwide and a huge margin in the electoral college somehow does not indicate "consent of the governed".  I wholeheartedly agree that this list is NOT the place for any discussion of politics.
