It looks like IBM is testing a cloud implementation...

looks like they give you an IP and up to 230 GB of storage.  Not sure of
the limitations, but the article says they have several images including
SUSE and Red Hat.  The sign up site is down for the next couple hours, but
they say that if you have one you can still log to the instance.
