OT: Do not appreciate the implication that I am "pathetic."

Josef,

I agreed that this somehow was taken personally, when Craig only meant to
make a point about the state of modern linux capability for users such as
you.

Some problems resolve better with a rebuild with the right OS/distro?

Craig is far from the sort to indulge in "name calling", as a human being,
endeavoring to educate and set standards so that everyone can enjoy the
power that is linux.

Learning to step away personally from problems and evaluate solutions in a
new light, while accepting our mistakes, and taking suggestions from the
wealth of experience available (from people like Craig) is all part of the
process we embrace with FOSS discussions here on PLUG.

I suggest you stay in the solution and bring the machine to an Installfest
with a new hard drive..... If you don't like it, you can restore the
original distro drive.
