lol. I'm sure the majority of the list would agree with you. Except you
left out the following on your list:

Although they appear to be all the items above, there is usually a logic
(flawed or not) that drives the behavior. A mistake made
(programatically, ethically, morally, etc) that lead to the computer
(woman) resorting to the logic that created the perceived problem and
did not function as intended.
