Quite so, - As you can see this message was sent using plain text.

On newer versions of Drupal/mailman there is an option for text only within the lists.

Hans doesn't have all the plugin features enabled on his Drupal.

NOTE: Older version as heavily customized as Hans' system were difficult to mod.
