Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT & Kubuntu

Interesting... I'm running 8.04.1 - Nothing shows up in restricted 
drivers, |Also I cannot load the NVIDIA drivers either. Complains about 
a missing LibC header and I cannot see what, where who, how it is 
missing what it is asking for.
