You know how alt-f4/tab affect the window? I just learned that using
the ctrl key does the same thing with a tab. I knew there was a way to
cycle through tabs from the keyboard.

disclaimer: I figured this out with my XP laptop..... because I dont
have a linux box yet (torn apart for move to fl)(which is in process)
I  could not see if it was universal (like alt-f4/tab).
