hmmmm. I applied for work with them 3 weeks ago. they said they were hiring, 
but I haven't heard back. having seen this, I winder if my work ethic might 
be more a hindrance to them than not....

that doesn't have a queue control on it does it (where you can limit BW and 
allow more acks out)?
