OT: How to embed an html link in a pdf document

Yes, I have used the full URL, and that works in one example 
but not in the other after combining several pdf files with pdftk.

For example, if you go here: http://www.AV7.org/down2.pdf
you will see a test example that works. 

However, when I use pdftk to combine down1.pdf down2.pdf and down3.pdf 
to create this next example, the exact same module no longer works:
