OT: Marker board on wheels locally?

I want to purchase a double-sided marker board on wheels.  (I was
surprised at the cost!)  Something like this (watch the line wrap):

You'd think a metro area the size of Phoenix would have a local source
for such a thing.  But, Internet searches are failing to find something
local.  Local is good rather than paying $100+ for shipping.

Anyone know of a local store that carries such things?
