Well depending on your distribution you could install it from source off the Firefox page or apt-get it if you have debian. It is called flashplugin-nonfree. This would mean that non-free would have to be part of your sources.list. I would imagine that Ubuntu would have it in their repositories too but that would take a little research to find out.
