Stupid users

Here are my thought on what constitutes a stupid user.

A stupid user:

has the radio on at work all day and hears numerous times about the new 
vulnerability discovered in IE and that a patch is available.  When he 
gets home, he does not install the patch.  He doesn't even check to see 
if his computer is running the version of the browser that's affected.

never updates his anti virus software.  When asked how long it's been 
since he updated it, he says "Update?"

responds to those emails he gets that are supposedly from ebay, his bank 
or whoever.

uses his credit card to pay for something that's illegal where he lives 
such as drugs or porn.
