Assuming you want to access the file system of the phone and not just
use it as a GPRS modem there is some software for accessing Moto's P2K
phones called Moto4Lin.

Under Windows there are solutions a plenty that do not require buying
(or pirating) Moto's own phone tools. Links to all that can be found
on sites like Motomodders.
