Mostly OT: Windows system cleaning?

If Kubuntu comes with ClamAV and some frontend (probably KlamAV), then you
can use that to clean the system. Adaware (lavasoft.com) and Spybot Search &
Destroy (spybot.com, i think) are nice (and free).
