Cox v. Qwest High Speed - One More Time Please

I'm guessing that their advertising is for new customers only, and for a
limited number of months. Then the rate goes up to 'normal'. That's the way
it usually is. I'm kinda surprised that there's no contract. I'd double
check on that to be sure.
