Can't get my Konica-Minolta mc2300DL to print

Congratulations!

I got a Minolta 2300DL printing on Linux using CUPS. I never did
succeed in getting gimp to print correctly, I ended up making images
and printing those. (I frequently fight with GIMP when it comes to
printing though.)
