Changes to /etc/resolv.conf don't stick

>From a google search, it looks like PCLinuxOS probably uses the 'dhclient'
dhcp client.  If so, read `man dhclient.conf` specifically the supersede
option.

Something like this works for me in /etc/dhclient.conf:

supersede domain-name-servers 192.168.0.1;
