If you use Central Ave as the divider for the Valley, then you will 
notice that there is more East of it than West of it.  The central 
location for PLUG appears to be approximately Van Buren and the Loop 202 
with the Median being only a few miles different at 40th St and 
McDowell.  I wonder how it is people hear about PLUG and its meetings?
