?: Cox vs QWEST

I currently have TV & internet via Cox and phone via QWEST. Current
situation:

1) There are cost advantages to getting all services from the same supplier.

2) I regularly see download speeds of 350+ to 700* KBytes/sec. (usually
depending on the host site's speed) on Cox.

3) QWEST promises download speed of 1+ MByte/sec. (This doesn't sound
correct to me--I thought that DSL was slower, but . . .)

4) While 500+ is NICE when grabbing a new ISO, it's not absolutely
essential.

5) I currently have two boxen connected to a Linksys router which
connects to a (non-cox provided) Toshiba DOCSIS cable "modem".

6) Location is N. Central Phx. (South of Northern).

Any pertinent comments, suggestions, personal experiences, etc. would be
appreciated.
