Two NICs - swapped initialization

I saw this problem when a box was installed with the TG3 driver, and 
upgraded to the broadcom BCM5700 driver.  TG3 uses MAC address to 
determine the order, and BCM enumerates via PCI bus.  Needless to say, 
that caused a bit of a problem :)
