Keep in mind an alternative to using RedHat's RHN Up2Date tool you can=20
mirror the RPM updates and make your own apt archive to apt-get from.=20
This way you get the joy of apt, and a local mirror all in one.

Actually there are several of these HOWTOs. Just google "RedHat apt RPM=20
mirror"

PS - of course you don't have to mirror the apt archives. You can just=20
use the public ones (freshrpms).
