CPU Speeds and Fry's E (OT)

It isn't neccessairly Fry's. I've seent hat happen with other Athlons from
other retailers. It's more then likely a misrepresentation on the part of
AMD.

Either way, I would take it back to Fry's, make them test it, and when it
shows up wrong get a new one.
